ایڈولف ہٹلر کی آپ بیتی "میری جدوجہد" موت کے بعد

     جرمنی میں مصنف کی موت کے 70 سال بعد کتاب کا کاپی رائٹ ختم ہو جاتا ہے اور اس کے بعد کسی کے بھی پاس اشاعت کا حق ہوتا ہے۔

     ایڈولف ہٹلر نے سن 1945ء میں خود کشی کی تھی اس طرح 2015ء کے آخر میں ان کی خودنوشت سوانح ’مائن کامپف‘ پر سے بھی حق اشاعت کی پابندی ختم ہوتی ہے۔

      ایڈولف ہٹلر کی کتاب ’مائن کامپف‘ جرمنی کی متنازعہ ترین کتاب ہے ، جس پر گزشتہ تقریباً 70 برسوں سے پابندی چلی آ رہی تھی۔ جرمن بک شاپس پر اس کی فروخت منع تھی تاہم انٹرنیٹ پر یہ کتاب فروخت کے نئے ریکارڈ قائم کر تی آ رہی ہے۔ 


      ہٹلر کو نومبر 1923ء میں اس وقت کی حکومت کا تختہ الٹنے کی کوشش کے بعد لانڈزبیرگ کے قلعے میں قید کر دیا گیا تھا ، جہاں انہوں نے یہ کتاب 1924ء میں تحریر کی تھی ۔ اس میں انہوں نے اپنے سیاسی نظریات بیان کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنے آیندہ کے منصوبوں کا بھی ایک مفصل خاکہ پیش کیا تھا ۔ ایک کٹر سامی دشمن ہوتے ہوئے ہٹلر ’نسلی امتیاز‘ کے اس نظریے کے حامی تھے ، جس نے 19 ویں صدی کے وسط میں فرانس میں جنم لیا اور بہت سے یورپی ملکوں میں دائیں بازو کے قوم پرست حلقوں میں بے حد مقبول ہو گیا تھا۔ اس نظریے کے تحت ہٹلر جرمن قوم کو ’اعلیٰ ترین آریہ نسل‘ قرار دیتا تھا اور یہودیوں کے بارے میں اس کا کہنا یہ تھا کہ انہوں نے ’’انسانیت کی تاریخ میں ایک تباہ کن کردار ادا کیا ہے۔ ‘‘

     اس کتاب میں نازی سیاسی فلسفے کی تشریح بھی کی گئی ہے جس میں پڑوسی علاقوں کو اپنے قبضے میں لے کر جرمنی کو عظیم ترین بنانے کے منصوبے کو بیان کیاگیا۔ مزید یہ کہ ہٹلر نے دُنیا کو فتح کرنے کے منصوبوں کی جانب ابتدائی اشارے بھی دیے تھے۔ 

     شروع شروع میں جمہوری جماعتوں نے اس کتاب کو سنجیدگی سے نہ لیا۔ اس کا پہلا ایڈیشن جولائی 1925ء میں جبکہ دوسرا دسمبر 1926ء میں شائع ہوا۔ 1944ء کے موسمِ خزاں تک یہ کتاب جرمنی میں 12.4ملین کی تعداد میں شائع ہو چکی تھی۔

Dubai cancels fireworks for New Year's Eve!
